Five Jars is looking for a senior sales representative contractor to drive the growth of our international digital agency in NGO, education, art & culture, and other industries. Delivery of $1M+ of outbound sales annually is expected with the commission and further opportunity to build a team.


You’ll start as a sole sales representative with some help from our research team, expected to deliver outbound sales of $1M in your first year.


Over time, you’ll have a growth opportunity to build a team and grow our pool of clients and projects.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for outbound sales at a minimum of $1M in your first year.


  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead to close;
  • Client research and targeting using our in house tools, external databases, and new tools that you may recommend;
  • Prospecting includes making new connections in person, through Linkedin, by email, and any other relevant channels;
  • Creating positive relationships with decision-makers at potential client organizations;
  • Acting as a consultant to potential clients to help them work out what they really need and understand what’s possible for their project;
  • Proposal creation using our existing templates, adding extra content, and editing the current content;
  • Contract negotiation and closing of sales with new clients;
  • Client handover to our delivery team at the start of new projects;
  • Converting individual project contracts into ongoing support agreements;
  • Upselling clients onto additional products and services.


Requirements

Required professional skills for being successful with goals and expected results.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital agency (sales, marketing, strategy, or operations role);
  • Experience in selling digital agency services;
  • Experience in creating the sales strategy for the organization;
  • Experience in project & strategy sales;
  • You must have created a strategy for the clients of your previous digital agency;
  • You must have closed multiple contracts of $100k+ value solo or as the lead negotiator;
  • Have knowledge of hybrid technology sales and consultancy skills;
  • C-level communication;
  • Excellent/native English.
